研究方向:
1.生物大分子结晶方法学
实验室广泛探究了可闻声波、机械振动、温度变化、溶液浓度、pH等对蛋白质结晶的影响,从多方面、多角度总结出了提高蛋白质结晶成功率的方法,以及这些方法对X射线晶体衍射数据的影响,其中包括两种新型结晶板的研制与应用,交联晶体的制备方法,超导磁体内无容器结晶与高通量结晶等,为生物大分子结晶提供了新的途径和方法。
2.生物材料学
实验室就生物材料学开展了广泛的研究,包括骨组织工程用可降解Fe/Fe-W合金多孔结构支架,新型结构可控3D细胞培养支架等,为具有高细胞相容性,用于组织替代的新型生物材料提供了新的方法与思路。
