报告题目:棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂寻找寄主与配偶的化学线索

个人简介
王琛柱, 中国科学院动物研究所研究员,中国科学院大学教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者。农业虫害鼠害综合治理研究国家重点实验室学术带头人,主持行为生理学和神经遗传学研究组工作。兼任中国昆虫学会副理事长, SCI期刊Arthropod-Plant Interactions、Frontiers in Physiology副主编,BMC Ecology and Evolution、Archives of Insect Biochemistry and Physiology、Entomologia Experimentalis et Applicata、Insect Science、Insects编委,Journal of Comparative Physiology A顾问委员,《应用昆虫学报》副主编,《昆虫学报》和《植物保护学报》编委。现主持国家自然科学基金委重点项目等课题,主要从事昆虫嗅觉和味觉的神经遗传学和昆虫与植物相互作用研究。以我国重要农业害虫广食性的棉铃虫和专食性的烟青虫为研究对象,首次在室内建立种间杂交体系,揭示了两近缘种的性信息素通信和寄主植物选择的遗传基础,阐明了烟青虫与棉铃虫的信息素受体功能改变的分子机制,发现烟青虫的产卵器具有嗅觉功能。此外,还系统鉴定了棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂的性信息素及其受体,发现了棉铃虫、小菜蛾、菜粉蝶分别感受香豆素、油菜素内酯、黑芥子苷的味觉受体。在PNAS、eLife等SCI刊物上发表论文100余篇,《昆虫学报》、《植物保护学报》等中文刊物上发表论文80余篇。
