实验室现有博士研究生6人,硕士研究生12人,其中外籍留学生1名。已发表SCI论文80余篇,获批专利10余项,主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划等各类项目30余项。

研究方向:

1.微生物代谢调控与控制

主要研究植物内生菌的代谢途径及其与植物间相互作用机制,微生物代谢调控及发酵工程,霉菌污染与控制,以及具有提升人体免疫力和预防与治疗疾病作用的功能因子筛选与改造,并对其进行生物合成或转化。获得了自主合成白藜芦醇和木质素的植物内生菌,明确了其代谢合成途径,基于基因组分析明确了与宿主间进化关系,揭示了相关代谢通路在生命进化和微生物与植物间相互作用间的作用;掌握了产毒霉菌污染与产毒的规律与条件,获得了能够有效抑制其生长与产毒的抗菌物质及其合成途径,并实现了活性物质的规模化生产;获得了能够有效抑制癌细胞的微生物代谢产物,明确了其作用机制。

2.肠道微生态与营养调控

主要开展模拟失重、高温等特殊环境条件以及肥胖、肝硬化疾病等对肠道功能的影响研究,以期揭示肠道微生态中响应这些特殊环境及疾病的靶点微生物类群;已开展了灵芝多糖、食用纤维等营养因子对肠道微生态的调控作用研究,这将为通过调整膳食结构及营养方式调控肠道功能提供新的途径和方法。

3.免疫与抗肿瘤

主要从事肿瘤免疫、NK细胞活性调控机制以及特殊环境下的免疫应答与抗感染免疫。建立了国内领先的人NK细胞体外高效扩增系统。利用NK细胞扩增技术平台,在NK细胞抗肿瘤、抗病毒以及微重力对免疫细胞功能影响等研究领域进行了较为深入的探索研究。在抗肿瘤免疫研究方面,通过建立CAR-NK技术和构建NK细胞靶向杀伤重组蛋白表达系统,探讨抗肿瘤免疫治疗的新途径。在空间失重环境导致NK细胞功能下降研究方面,通过失重环境的模拟,对NK细胞受体表达、信号转导通路变化等进行研究,探讨该环境下免疫细胞活性下调的机制。

研究肿瘤微环境中,肿瘤细胞调控免疫细胞功能、逃逸免疫监视的机制与机理;探究细胞外囊泡(外泌体)在肿瘤微环境中发挥的细胞间通讯作用,及开发细胞外囊泡作为肿瘤靶向药物传递载体的途径与方法。

探究与动脉粥样硬化、肥胖等相关的肝细胞和巨噬细胞脂代谢情况及相关机制,明确功能因子对于脂代谢通路的影响,为预防和治疗相关疾病提供新的靶点和途径。对动脉粥样硬化过程中NK细胞的参与过程及机制进行深入研究,以期进一步揭示动脉粥样硬化的形成机制及制定相应预防和治疗措施。
